To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

About our practice
Our aim is to provide you with a high quality standard of service. We need your co operation to achieve this. All our staff are committed to providing a professional and confidential approach to your healthcare. We are always working to improve the services provided.
Currently this surgery has 1 male GP, 1 practice nurse, 1 practice manager and 4 reception staff. We provide a wide range of service from immunisations, baby and mother checks, joint injections, contraceptive services, checks for chronic diseases like asthma, diabetes, hypertension etc.
We invite our patients to actively participate in our patient participation group to help us to understand our patients more and achieve more standards. The surgery always tries to provide the best general practice care that can be given to our patients. We welcome any new patients to register with our surgery.
